Who knew that even the toughest of superheroes can have a weak-at-the-knees fan boy moment?
Thor star Chris Hemsworth has revealed he was beyond nervous meeting his Avengers: Infinity War co-star, Chris Pratt.
“The first time I really met Chris Pratt and went on set with him and the Guardians, I was weirdly shaken,” Hemsy told US Elle. “I don’t know why. He’s just so charismatic. And good at what he does.”
But Mr Pratt was more than a little intimidated by the Aussie hunk himself.
“He’s so tall and handsome,” he told Fandango back in April.
“I had to go home and really look myself in the mirror and say, you know, there’s a possibility that you just might be one of those guys who mostly loves your wife but also kind of loves Chris Hemsworth a little bit too,” the actor – who recently split from his wife Anna Faris – joked.
Sounds like an official bromance to us!
Meanwhile, Hemsy also dished on what it was like working with his Thor: Ragnarok co-star and fellow Aussie superstar Cate Blanchett.
“She calls you on your s–t straightaway. Which is intimidating,” he spilled. “She’s Cate Blanchett, for God’s sake! There’s quite a feeling of wanting to impress her.”
But, he adds that the Oscar winner isn’t all work and no play.
“She’s like, ‘I’m a human being. Act normal.’ Before you know it, you’re drinking and telling stories and cracking jokes. She has a wild sense of humour.”
