X Factor heart-throb Barry Southgate is the coolest of cool cats. But one woman brings a broad grin to his usually poker face – fellow contestant Cat Vas.
The pair, who knew each other before the show, have been spotted getting cosy offstage, so it’s no wonder they shared a long embrace when their mentor Dannii Minogue told them they’d be going through to the live shows together.
Barry, 30, and Cat, 27, both from Sydney, lost touch when Cat moved to Adelaide briefly, but the TV hit has rekindled their friendship – which is fast blossoming into a romance.
The pair are more than happy to share snaps of themselves back together. “Chillin’ with this stunner,” Barry wrote under a Facebook pic of the pair, while Cat told her fans Barry makes her “#swoon”.
