Mariah Carey has reportedly lashed out at her ex Nick Cannon by singing “I know you cheated mother***er!” while on stage in Japan.
While kicking off her ‘Elusive Chanteuse’ world-tour in Tokyo, the 44-year-old diva performed a cover of the classic Billie Holiday hit ‘Don’t Explain’, adding a few choice lyrics of her own.
In a fan video uploaded to Youtube, Mariah can be heard singing: “I know you cheated motherf***er!”. Listen to the clip above.
The timing of Mariah’s new lyrics comes just two months after she and Nick confirmed their split. Although neither party have confirmed there was cheating involved, there have been plenty of cheating rumours floating around.
Since Nick confirmed in August that he and Mariah are living apart, the America’s Got Talent presenter has been linked to other women including Amber Rose – who recently announced her own split from rapper Wiz Khalifa. Although friends in both Amber and Nick’s camp have denied the rumours.
While Mariah might be dissing Nick onstage, it seems that Nick too is erasing any good memories of Mariah. His giant Mariah back tattoo appears to have been covered up with an elaborate crucifix. The reports come after he was seen shirtless at Hollywood nightclub Playhouse where he was celebrating his birthday.
Meanwhile, Mariah seems to be struggling from the recent split herself.
While performing in Tokyo she was filmed struggling to hit the famous high notes that she is known for.
