It seems that “consciously uncoupled” A-listers Gwyneth Paltrow and her hubby of 11 years Chris Martin could be getting back together after friends confirm: “The chances of there being a happy reconciliation are very high.”
Gwyneth, 42, and Coldplay front man Chris, 37, announced their split in March this year via a post on Gwyneth’s lifestyle blog Goop, entitled “conscious uncoupling” in which the Gwyneth declared that they could no longer remain together in spite of still loving each other.
“It is with hearts full of sadness that we have decided to separate,” she wrote.

“We have been working hard for well over a year, some of it together, some of it separated, to see what might have been possible between us, and we have come to the conclusion that while we love each other very much we will remain separate.”

Since then, by all reports the couple have remained extremely amicable, reportedly even holidaying next door to each other in the Hamptons over summer. “Despite being very different beasts, Chris and Gwyneth adore one another. I suppose it’s a case of they can’t live without one another,” a source who is apparently close to the couple told the UK’s Mirror.
“Talk of officially ending their marriage is not even on the agenda. Lawyers haven’t been introduced yet. The chances of there being a happy reconciliation are very high.”

The source continued: “the split released a lot of pressure from the intense relationship but they are still very close. They look back and enjoy what they did have and are loving what they currently have.”
Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin are believed to have been an item for four months in the time since Gwyneth and Chris split.

The reports of a reconciliation come only days after Chris split with Oscar winning actress Jennifer Lawrence, 24, who is believe to have been dating Chris since June. Last week Jen was seen dropping by Chris’s Malibu home where she stayed for two hours, collecting her belongings and talking with the rockstar.

A source who is reportedly close to Jen told the MailOnline: “Jennifer went over to Chris’s to apologise for the coverage of their breakup being so one-sided, reclaim her possessions and to ensure there were no hard feelings.”
The source said that Jen is now happy being single, adding: “They’re not getting back together.”

Perhaps the greatest indications of their continuing affection for one another though, came at last week’s amFAR Gala, at which Gwyneth publicly praised Chris, calling him the “father of the year” as she gave a speech honouring her friend, designer Tom Ford.

Another speaker during the night’s proceedings was movie star Sharon Stone who also gave a nod to Gwyneth and Chris’ continued friendship, saying: “We thank you for your inner and outer beauty,” Sharon said of Paltrow, “which you demonstrated by the fact that you get along with your ex-husband.”
