The cricketer has not only popped the question, but is also expecting his first child, according to the Daily Telegraph.
After a whirlwind six-month romance with Warner, 27, the newspaper reports Falzon, 28, is believed to 12 weeks pregnant.
Supporting this theory, rumours circulated in late January that the Australian Test opener had told friends he was having a baby.
Falzon, who has been in South Africa with the Australian team, has apparently told friends and family at home of the news but a possible magazine deal has delayed the announcement.
Also a pro athlete, Falzon was the youngest professional athlete to compete in the Ironman series at just 14.
This year she has graced the cover of Maxim with a sexy photoshoot and has been credited with being a good influence on Warner as Australia celebrates an extremely successful season.
