Australian cricketer David Warner and his fiancée Australian ironwoman and model Candice Falzon have welcomed a baby girl!
The couple have announced the arrival of their daughter Ivy Mae who was born at 1.47pm today in the Royal Women’s Hospital.
The pair’s new little bundle of joy weighs in at 2.8kgs and mum and bub are doing well.
“She is absolutely gorgeous – I’m in love,” an overjoyed Candice tells Woman’s Day.
Dave and Candice have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of their first child and were affectionately calling Candice’s growing bump an “Ashes baby” due to when their daughter was conceived.
“I feel like the luckiest girl in the world,” says ironwoman Candice, 29. “I’ve found my true love and he’s given me the best gift. He’ll be a wonderful dad.”
David also tweeted this adorable photo of the lucky couple in hospital not long after they welcomed little Ivy into the world.
