Speaking on US radio show WBLS’ Middays With Shaila program, Cissy said: “She’s the same. And you know, still not a great deal of hope.”

Cissy Houston has previously been seen visiting Bobbi in hospital as her family maintained a vigil by her bedside, but as the weeks that Bobbi has spent on life support begin turning to months, family members are beginning to concede that her situation appears dire with little hope of improvement.

“We’re praying,” she said. “I give it to God one time, because I know he’s able, and I cannot change a thing. So I’m asking everyone to pray to the Lord, who we know can do something about it. If he works a miracle, thank God. If it happens the other way, I’m all right.”

Bobbi Kristina Brown’s family and friends have previously held a public candlelight vigil for the 22-year-old as they remain determined that she will improve.

Bobbi has remained in hospital since being found unconscious and submerged in water in her bathtub in early February at her Georgia home, just one week shy of the three year anniversary of her mother Whitney’s death .

It was earlier reported that Bobbi came out of her medically-induced coma briefly only to begin having a bad reaction, and be put back under.

“She was taken off the drugs, but she began having violent seizures,” a family source told People magazine.

“She is being put back into a coma.”

Cissy Houston was seen visiting her granddaughter at Atlanta’s Emory University Hospital

The news has probably affected her father, Bobby Brown, the hardest. He was been quite resistant to having her moved from Emroy University hospital where she has remained on life-support , to a rehabilitation facility in Atlanta.

“This hasn’t gotten any easier for him,” a source told People magazine of father Bobby Brown. “It has gotten harder. He really thought she’d be better by now, that there would be some change. There hasn’t been any sign of improvement since this happened.”

It has also previously been reported that Bobbi’s family had been handed tough decision of when to let go , as it was simply a matter of time for the 22-year-old in a critical condition.

Bobbi’s aunt Pat, Whitney Houston’s sister, posted a message on the late star’s website, marking Bobbi’s birthday, which she spent unconscious in hospital.

“Today is Bobbi Kristina’s 22nd birthday,” wrote Pat.

“And we ask you to continue to keep her in your prayers as she is still fighting the battle of her life.”

Our thoughts go out to Bobbi’s family at this difficult time and we hope their prayers are answered, that they will see an improvement in Bobbi.
