Pippa Middleton earns a massive $500k annual income

Duchess Catherine’s sister Pippa Middleton is reportedly raking in a whopping $491,500 (GBP £250k) annually from her new career as a journalist.

Since escorting her sister Kate Middleton, now Duchess Catherine, down the aisle at her 2011 wedding in that now infamous white dress, younger sister Pippa, 31, has launched something of a publishing career – and it seems to be paying off.

Pippa counts herself as sole director of a company titled PXM Enterprises, which has assets totalling $450,000 (GBP £229k), including $416,000 (£211K) in cash in its first year.

What’s not entirely clear though is what exactly this company does. It’s listed on the UK Government website for small businesses – “Companies House” as partaking in “Other publishing activities.”

Pippa has been penning a monthly “Friday Night Feasts” column for the in-house magazine of posh British supermarket chain Waitrose for the past three years and then in 2013 signed on to the US Vanity Fair magazine as a contributing editor.

Pippa also edits writes for the UK’s Telegraph newspaper and edits a  web magazine ‘Party Times’ for her parents Carole and Michael Middleton‘s online business Party Pieces.

It was also reported late last year that Pippa was in talks with US TV Network NBC who were hoping to offer her a gig on Today as a lifestyle correspondent.

While Pippa was spotted meeting with NBC executives, the reports have never been confirmed and Pippa has yet to start presenting on air. Nonetheless, it seems like she’s doing pretty well for herself already!
