The Duchess wore a stunning checked Alexander McQueen coat dress as she attended a ceremony in London to welcome the visiting President of Singapore. It was her first public appearance since the palace first announced her second pregnancy, as she has been struck down with hyperemisis gravidarum (or severe morning sickness) ever since.
Her outfit was stunning, but with that wide skirt, it only took one gust of wind! And, while everyone was solemnly looking on at the ceremony, Duchess Kate had her very own Marilyn moment.
She’s no stranger to such occurrences though. In fact it was during her debut appearance on the royal tour of Australia and New Zealand earlier this year that Duchess Kate greet awaiting dignitaries in Wellington with a flying skirt before she even reached the tarmac from the plane!
