Duchess Kate is delighted to meet a koala!

Prince George has met a Bilby named after him, Catherine could hardly contain her excitement at meeting a koala and William has had a chuckle at the expense of Prince Harry!

After unveiling a plaque at Taronga Zoo’s bilby enclosure named after their son Prince George, William and Catherine were treated to a tour of the zoo.

Catherine couldn’t keep the smile off her face as she was introduced to different native animals.

She instantly grew fond of a Koala named Leuca and spent time patting him and laughing as her husband watched on. She eventually moved on reluctantly, but continued to look back and say goodbye.

The couple were then introduced to a number of other native animals and Catherine couldn’t contain her excitement at seeing an echidna.

William and Catherine also shared a chuckle at Prince Harry’s expense when they were introduced to a native bird nicknamed Harry for its red hair.
