The adorable only daughter of David and Victoria Beckham is having a beautifully girly birthday party planned by her parents at their London home.
Bags upon bags of pink and white balloons were seen being delivered to the Beckham household today ahead of the celebrations.
The little tot, who loves all things girly, is set to be a fashion icon, with her mum openly admitting Harper has a knack for fashion.
“If I’m going out for the night I’ll come downstairs and she’ll say ‘oh nice dress mummy’ or ‘nice handbag mummy’,” Victoria told The Sun.
“I can’t put make-up on when Harper’s around because she would join me immediately.”
