Chelsea, 28, has moved on from her former royal flame and has spent the past two weeks holidaying in Africa with Charles. It’s believed that Charles was planning to pop the question while they were alone together in such an exotic location on a romantic holiday.
“Charles was planning to propose on holiday and everyone thinks he has now done it,” a source told the Daily Mail.
Charles, 30, works as a third-generation jeweller at Goode & Son, who supply jewels and bauble to the rich and famous. He frequents the same aristocratic social scene in London as Chelsy and the young royals.

Chelsy, who is a young lawyer originally from Zimbabwe, split with Prince Harry, 29, in 2010 after the pair had an on and off relationship for six years. It’s believed that she and the Prince are still good friends who still move in the same posh London circles, and that she will be in attendance at his upcoming 30th birthday this month.

Things could get interesting at the birthday, which is believed to have been co-organised by Duchess Catherine and Harry’s posh nightclub-owning pal Guy Pelly, as it is believed that both Chelsy, and Harry’s more recent ex Cressida Bonas, will be in attendance, as well as Harry’s rumoured new love interest, Camilla Thurlow.

It’s thought that are no hard feelings between the former flames as Chelsy still very much moves in the same circles – here she poses with his good friend and posh nightclub manager Guy Pelly – who is thought to be organising the Prince’s 30th birthday this month. It’s believed that Chelsy and Harry’s other ex Cressida Bonas, will both be in attendance.

Harry’s most recent ex Cressida Bonas is still good friends with Harry’s cousins, Princess Beatrice (pictured) and Princess Eugenie and that the whole young aristocratic gang will attend Harry’s 30th birthday this month which is being organised by his sister-in-law Duchess Catherine and his posh nightclub owning pal, Guy Pelly.
