It’s official! Our Aussie Queen Mary!

It’s official! Australia’s favourite royal export Princess Mary is expected to be crowned Queen of Denmark. And it could happen any day now.

Her Royal Highness is waiting to take over the title as the current reinging monarch Queen Margrethe, 74, prepares to pass on the baton to her graceful daughter-in-law due to ill health.

The jubilant news comes just days after the royal family were left shocked after an elderly English woman claimed to be the secret child of Frederik VII who was thought to be childless and left his throne to a cousin from whom Margrethe is descended.

And now that the allegations have been proved untrue, plans are well and truly underway to fast-track our beloved Mary and her husband Crown Prince Frederik’s coronation.
