Tuna tartare salad
INGREDIENTS

1 baby cos lettuce, trimmed
4 small egg tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
200g piece sashimi grade tuna, thinly sliced
lemon wedges to serve
Dressing
¼ cup horseradish cream
¼ cup lemon juice
METHOD

  1. Place lettuce on a serving platter. Top with tomato, onion and tuna. Season to taste.

  2. Dressing: in a jug, whisk together all ingredients. Season to taste.

  3. Serve salad drizzled with dressing and accompanied with lemon wedges.
