Relish dip with wholemeal chips

INGREDIENTS

plain Greek-style yoghurt, 1 cup
tomato relish, 1/3 cup
vegetable sticks, for dipping
CRISPS
wholemeal wraps, 2
dried oregano, to sprinkle
METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to hot, 200C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.

  2. In a bowl, combine yoghurt and relish. Season to taste. Chill until required.

  3. CRISPS: Spray each wrap with oil. Sprinkle each with oregano and season to taste. Cut each wrap into wedges and arrange in a single layer on tray. Bake 5-6 minutes, until crisp. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.

  4. Spoon dip into 4 small airtight containers. Pack in lunchboxes with chips and vegetable sticks for dipping.



TOP TIP
  • Packing a small tub of healthy dip for school encourages kids to eat fresh vegetable sticks as a snack.
  • A dip made of light cream cheese and sweet chilli sauce is also delicious.
