Despite recent reports that their relationship was over, Geoffrey Edelsten and his 25-year-old girlfriend Gabi Grecko are set to tie the knot.
Despite Gabi announcing that she was leaving Geoff following a cheating scandal just last week, it appears she has had a change of heart.
“It was kind of sudden, but we decided to get engaged,” the US born model and DJ said.
“It was more like a discussion than a proposal. We wanted it to be a bit more romantic and we will definitely get to that.
“We haven’t picked out an exact date yet but we hope it will be in about eight months.”
The pair have made plans to fly to Paris soon to pick out a wedding dress and ring ahead of their big day.
Geoffrey, 71, confirmed the pair’s plans and when asked if he proposed he said: “Yes.”
“We’ve got some plans ahead but they’re not finalised,” he said.
